Moltisanti
If Florida had run the table, I don't see how they wouldn't have been in the BCS title game against Ohio State or Michigan. That's gonna be scary if OSU and Michigan are both undefeated when they play. I could see people getting shot over that contest.
MrRain422
Yeah, you're probably right. But if Florida hadn't lost today, they still had quite a few tough games to make it through the season undefeated. Michigan just has to get through Iowa next week (who were horrible today against Indiana, and then it's a cakewalk until OSU) and OSU has nothing until Michigan. West Virginia plays in a shit conference, and will have no excuses for losing a game in the regular season. Oh, and I guess there's still USC, but there are still a couple games left that they can lose. If they do go undefeated though, I think they will also likely lose to whoever emerges from Michigan-Ohio State. As great as the U-M/OSU rivalry has been, this will definately be the best game in a long, long time. This is the best Michigan team since '97, and Ohio State is, without a doubt, legitimately #1 right now.
Moltisanti
Tim Tebow is gonna win those three Heisman trophies that Ron Powlus was supposed to. Never seen anything like that kid in all my years of watching college football.

Moltisanti
Larry Coker always reminded me of Busmalis from Oz. Wow, I wouldn't be surprised if he's fired like tomorrow after reading those comments. Of course, I also wouldn't be surprised if he's not fired.
Gobias Industries
Famous last words. USC has almost lost like 100000000000000000000000000000000 times. They really aren't the team that is reflected by its record.
parisisstale
WVU still has to go to Louisville, which won't be easy. Louisville did struggle with Cincy yesterday, but they also beat Miami 31-7 (and Broehm's working himself back into shape). While the Big East definitely isn't a top conference, they're definitely making strides. Pitt and Rutgers are improving, and I'd definitely right now take the Big East's top 4 over the ACC's. And if anyone doesn't think WVU's for real, just remember what they did to Georgia in last year's Sugar Bowl. The Mountaineers can play with anybody.
H-Bomb Henry
I have to give it to Ohio State they really are good. They are like the anti New York Yankees. They have the highest paid roster in the NCAA but they are worth every penny paid by Columbus, Ohio car dealerships.

St. To me, it seems like the only people who care about this rivalry are OSU/fans and U-M fans that like in ohio.... oh and someone getting shot....definitely possible if OSU wins or loses. They love to crush the Irish even more. But the OSU game is the one everyone looks forward to each year.
welch79
What a brutal loss for Florida. I knew it would be a tall order to go through that schedule without a loss, but that game tonight was there for the taking. And Chris Leak's arm was moving forward. That should have been called an incomplete pass. I have no idea why referees at the college and pro level can't just get these calls correct ON THE FIELD, so it doesn't even have to come down to replay. That was SEC football at its finest. Also, Vandy came away with a W against GA. It's gonna get interesting down here.
MrRain422
As an alumni of the University of Michigan, I must go on record to say that OSU matters exponentially more than MSU. It's not close, it's never been close, it never will be close. I have no idea where anyone would get the impression that MSU matters more, except maybe from a Spartan. Jesus, no wonder his team has no remorse for what happened. That Merriweather kid should be kicked off the team or better yet he should be arrested. My team didn't play over the weekend but I would like to take this opportunity to thank Vanderbilt and Auburn for handing losses to some SEC teams who are ahead of us in the standings. Nice going! St. To me, it seems like the only people who care about this rivalry are OSU/fans and U-M fans that like in ohio....I believe this was just a nasty rumor circulated by UM fans during the not-so-good-with-the-winning-against-Michigan Cooper years in Columbus, to get under teh skin of OSU fans. And it worked (now we really hate Michigan. ). But if ever the rivalry became downplayed on the UM side, I think the Bucks have got their attention again after the last few years. So yeah, the possibilty of those two teams being undefeated when they meet in November, its a pretty big deal. For anybody who doesn't believe it when they say stuff like this on ESPN, that game REALLY WILL be a bigger deal to fans than the national championship game. oh and someone getting shot....definitely possible if OSU wins or loses. I can almost gar-un-tee burning couches, over-turned and burning cars and general chaos in the campus area.I dunno about the shootings, but burning couches are a pretty good bet. Jay
OSU has always been a bigger deal to us than MSU. The in-state rivalry doesn't really matter. Even if Michigan losses a game to MSU we still "own" the state. One game isn't going to change the 66-28-5 all-time series. The OSU game determines the Big Ten title more times than not.
