jahilia
Seeing M. Ward solo last night made me want to pick up the guitar for the first time in years. What are some of the songs that you love to play on guitar? I've been having fun today with Criminals (Uncle Tupelo), War of Man (Neil Young) and A Love You Can't Survive (Richard Thompson). darkstar
Usually play a lot of Dead, but lately been fixated on "Can't keep from talkin".....dunno why. I sit there and strum it as I watch TV and drink beer....it's oddly relaxing

mountain bed
If I'm strumming the acoustic it could be anything (JT of course gets the lion's share these days), but electric w/ a rhythm section is nearly always the thunderous sound of NY/ The Horse.
WaronWar
I love to play "James Alley Blues" "Yesterday" (an alterated version), "California Stars," "Stuck Inside A Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again," and "Life Goes Off" (Jim O'Rourke song that is awesome). Tweedling
yes that's what it's called, "Deep Dark Well", what are the chords for Paul's song? This is the best I've come up with. Let me know if you can "polish" it up. Not even sure if all tyhe chords line up with the words correctly. * nevermind, when I go to post it the chords jump together. Let me know if this helps. I could email you the Word doc. (I am new at posting tab ) Pauls SongD D7Seems like everywhere i go the sky is falling G AAnd the concierges they meet you with a frown D When I come to town D7I ain't gonna' lie to you G A DWell, every town is all the same You say: "how does it feel to be travelling? How's it feel to live your life on a train? And the aeroplane?" Well, I ain't gonna lie to you Well, every town is all the same G A DWhen you've left your heart in the Portland rain... GAnd how I wish it was not true ABut i ain't gonna stand up here and lie to you Bm GI believe y'all deserve more than that And if there's one thing that I
