wilceaux
One of many reasons I love this town. I'm surprised Ryan Adams isn't playing, with the new record and all.Hopefully he will be added later.

bobbob1313
Are there active bands that aren't playing this? This may be the first summer festival in the history of music that the Flaming Lips won't be at.
Saint Genevieve
Well, looks like I'm buying a ticket this year.
Moe_Syzlak
Looks pretty nice. I will have a hard time making it this year, but if the schedule lines up right, I might head down on Friday night. I will miss some of last year's highlights (Flaming Lips, Raconteurs, Ween), but there is plenty of goodness to make up for their absence!
pnêyu
The festival is nothing to sneeze (or sweat) at, but the club shows are where it's at.
Shakey
How much does a band make for appearing at a festival such as this? Percentage of the gate kind of thing or flat fee. What might My Mornnng Jacket, e.g. make for playing this show? Thanks to anyone that has some insight.
solace
depends... i'd imagine the biggest headliners at ACL getting well over 100k (a lot of the bigger euro festivals are upwards of 400-500k, sometimes more if it's legendary acts). but say MMJ for ACL? hard to say... based on what they charge normally, i'd say prolly $30-45k
