ZenLunatic
Sometimes scenes in certain movies are so funny, you just laugh uncontrollably till close death experience. I gotta say I lost it when I saw this Funny Scene. I saw this on dvd and had to rewatch it and laughed just as hard the second and third time around. You have to watch the movie to get the full effect of the scene, because you have to know the character. His whole character was great. By no means would I consider Van Wilder a good movie, but this tops my list in funniest scene of a movie. Another good one was Jim Carey in the first Pet Detective movie, he was so fresh back then and all those crazy things he did was just so hilarious to me. He eventually got way overexposed. ZenLunatic
If you cant see it, it's that scene where that uptight guy just had a big glass of colon blow before taking an important exam and meeting some important people. You know right?
PopTodd
When the dog caught fire in There's Something About Mary. The graduation parade in Stripes, the first few times that I saw it.probably some others that I'll remember later.

MattZ
I saw The Naked Gun in the theater and the scene where Frank goes to the bathroom and forgets to remove his microphone nearly sent me to the hospital from laughing so hard. Good times. Edit: this may not be safe for work: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzGe5hkmDb4
yermom
Dr. Strangelove is loaded with them. Sellers in this scene is the first that came to mind.
Mr. Kinsley
The bit in the bathroom in the first Austin Powers movie where Tom Arnold (the only time I've ever seen him be authentically funny) as a Texas oilman, or such, is in the stall next to Austin and thinks the battle happening in there is Austin trying to take a large dump. Also, in Summer School with Mark Harmon and Rae Dawn Chong when she finally passes the driving test. It's the only funny thing in the whole movie, but damn if it wasn't hysterical. I haven't seen it in so long it might seem lame now. EDIT: I just you tube'd it. It was super lame. No link - I wouldn't do that to you.
Twisted Acres
Most of the scenes in The Birdcage make me hysterical. Jen, Patti and I howl with laughter every time we see that one. Agador... Spartacus. There are scenes in "The Man Who Knew Too Little" that I need to wear a diaper in order to watch. F'ing hysterical.
Sir Stewart
Pretty much every second of GoodFellas.

napoleon
i about died the first time i saw the girl running holding her breast screaming "snakebite!" Pretty much every second of GoodFellas. funny how?
Mrs. Peel
Jen, Patti and I howl with laughter every time we see that one. Agador... Spartacus. It doesn't matter how many times I see it. Nathan Lane and Hank Azaria should have won Oscars for their performances. "AHHHHH! I PIERCED THE TOAST!!!" And Gene Hackman's long winded speech about watching the foliage change has me on the floor too. We know an especially boring person and every time he comes to visit it doesn't take me very long to be reminded of that scene.

the_fliz1
The only time I have ever had anything shoot out of my nose was while watching a scene from "Dead Man on Campus". Virtually any part with Cliff is hilarious but the specific scene that is the best is the one where Cliff is "partying" in the girls dorm room. Here is a tribute to all of Cliffs scenes in the movie. the specific scene I am talking about is about 3 minutes 10 seconds in. But watch the whole thing it is hilarious: LINK
Reni
I know this isn't a movie really - but it may be one of my favoriteist things in the whole world http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4md5tp08Ylk when I was younger I would get so baked and watch this movie - this scene would crack me up so badly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GDVoWCZa8hM

OOO
I think I watched this scene 8 times and laughed constantly each time the first time I watched this on VHS: This however, in my opinion, is the funniest scene in all movie history:
yermom
I think I watched this scene 8 times and laughed constantly each time the first time I watched this on VHS: I've never seen that but I've considered it many times. Is that the funniest scene or is it loaded with those?! Hilariousness!
OOO
I haven't seen it in a while, but I have memories of it being very good and clever. If you like Mel Brooks, you'll like Spaceballs I think.
a.miller
Superbad.Yes. Let me also add: Old School. There is a movie place where I live that serves food and beers in the theatre while you watch the movie -- it is awesome. Anyway, having (somehow) never heard of Old School, my friend and I had ourselves a little smoke and staggered into the theatre. What a surprise. I have never laughed so hard as when they're dancing and the guy sings, "every now and then I get a little bit lonely when I see the fuckin' look in your eyes..." PopTodd
Oh yes, I almost forgot:Young Frankenstein: "Puttin' On the Ritz" scene. It's so juvenille, but so genuinely funny at the same time.Peter Boyle, RIP. EDIT: Forgive me if one of those YouTube clips showed this scene... I have no access to YouTube either.
