zebra
That 's a relief - we figured it was stopped because Rick was down front singing along.

mpolak21
the shows aren't working for me Do you have Quicktime? If you click on the show it brings it up in your quicktime player. If not you should be able to download a free version of the Apple/Itunes site. --Mike
Scalzunfield
Man the I'm Always In Love from night 2 sounds ROUGH. Nels' guitar work is really really annoying during the verses. I can't tell if it's intentional or the guitar is just outta tune, but ouch. I've been trying to capture the stream on these, but the second half of the second night has skipped a few times. I'll have to try again tomorrow maybe.

I can't tell if it's intentional or the guitar is just outta tune, but ouch.I did remember one song that I thought his guitar was out of tune on that night. That must have been the one - will have to take a listen. I was cringing, especially at the beginning.
zebra
Hey, thanks again Ken for posting those shows. Amazing quality too. I like how you can choose the songs too.

kidsmoke
I am unhappy that I missed this, but as my dad is freshly home from the hospital, I had other things on my mind. He's fine, thanks, but gave us all a good scare with internal bleeding! A medication problem, apparently. I think another live broadcast would be a great way to celebrate my papa's recovery, right Wilco?
zebra
I am unhappy that I missed thisMissed what? The live broadcast? It never happened. And yes, another one would be very generous. {{{{ vibes for your dad }}}}
kidsmoke
It never happened??!! See what happens when you don't take the time to read all 13 pages? But hey, all the more reason we need "another" live broadcast! . I'll bring snacks and lampshades for everybody, and we'll party like it's 1908 or something. We can call it the "Concert for kidsmoke's dad". I'll make him tune in and everything. Only we won't ask him to dance, because as my sister once confided, "Dad dances like he's riding a horse." Y'all keep that last bit to yourselves. He may not be able to dance, but he's the sweetest guy in the world.

zebra
This is from page 11. I think somebody (Ken) was reading the thread. Hey Everyone Just wanted to apologize for this weekend's non-webcasts. We basically encountered a variety of circumstances that beginning with a slow connection at the venue, combined with network congestion at peak times (Friday and Saturday night at 9 pm) were basically causing us to have problems getting a stable stream up to the network. Ultimately we had to scale all the way back to a 56kbps stream, so we could get out of the building on to the network, and we only achieved that in the last hour of Saturday night's show. We got great recordings of both night's shows that will be posted in the Roadcase first thing this week. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Ken Wilco HQ It never happened??!!No. Neither night made it to the air, but we are blessed with all three nights in the roadcase and they all are perfect quality. But hey, all the more reason we need "another" live broadcast! . We can call it the "Concert for kidsmoke's dad".Next live webcast I'll be here with you.
