Sir Stewart
This is tough - he's made such cohesive albums that choosing certain songs over others seems unfair and maybe arbitrary. But hell, I need a new thread to read. myboyblue
Mine may be a bit too simplistic but these are my favorites. You may see a bit of a theme here. I also need to spend time with the new one....haven't done much of that yet. TCP
What, no mention of "Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime" ????It's a cover and Jon Brion did all the music (at least, I think so) but damn if that isn't one of his best songs. Also I've always really liked "The Vagabond", the song he did with Air.As for the new album, I'm especially digging the first two songs.

Beck's one of those artists who has my unconditional respect, even when he puts out a disc that I don't necessarily fully embrace (like The Information). Odelay will probably always find its way into my personal all-time top 10- definitely a watershed album in the formation of my musical consciousness. Not a single weak song on that album, and immaculate production and texture to tie it all together. And if I want to get a party bumping, it's hard to beat Midnite Vultures, a disc that sounds exactly like the album art looks.
Artifice
Jack-Ass and Lost Cause are my two favorites, but this thread demands that I revisit my Beck collection.
