Party @ the Moontower
What you should be able to sell is your entire body. By that I mean prostitution. How a business transaction between 2 people is illegal when it involves the rightfully-owned property of the seller will never cease to boggle my mind. It boggles my mind as much as the illegality of an adult purchasing an alcoholic beverage. At the risk of offending, I must say, "WHAT THE FUCK!!". I feel the same. Legalize it!I think the Bunny Ranch has shown us it can work, and work quite well. Tax dollars with every BJ. Has anyone been? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdST-8Vajvw

Party @ the Moontower
Finally, something interesting. That's a great website. Thanks. I actually did medical studies to pay the bills some in college. I met hundreds of people from all walks of life, and made $100 dollars a day by doing nothing. I can't believe I did that shit. Doug C
this is a good example of leaving such things up to the states. It is a good example of states making unconstitutional laws ala Jim Crow. Am I equating an adult not being able sell their body and an adult not being allowed to drink with the dehumanizing laws of the post-reconstruction South? No. That doesn't make it any less wrong. Besides, the states are coerced into the 18 year old drinking age by the federal law regarding highway money. Cue Nelson Muntz laugh.

Party @ the Moontower
Is Lance really going to go for an eighth Tour de France? It has been sad without him, running around in Hollywood sucking face with the likes of Kate Hudson, playing beach games with my man Matthew McConaughey.
John Smith
This thread has become exactly what the republicans want to make the elections be about...everything except the republicans performance while in power. They want the public talking about abortion, gay marriage, the death penalty, creationism (christian only mind you) taught as science etc... stay off the topic of how they have performed in office, stay off the topic of how closely Palin resembles Bush in policy. Stay off the topic of how McCain has supported president Bush faithfully every since Bush and his people trashed the hell out of McCain in 2000. Talk about anything except how they performed in governing the country.

austrya
what a novel idea! But then you'd have someone who is socially unaware trying to schmooze foreign leaders. We don't need a president with no personality trying to get people on his side...
