suites
With all the talk about the LZ reunion, I was thinking about other bands that still could reunite. In no specific order: Kinks - Dave D. still not too well after stroke? Guns N Roses - With Slash & Gang Journey - With Steve Perry Uncle Tupelo Soundgarden Jayhawks Husker Du The Replacements The Smiths Talking Heads I am sure a few above will do that....we will see. markosis
Robbie Robertson, Levon Helm, and Garth Hudson could reunite and play some Band tunes. But it will never happen.

cryptique
The SmithsI wish I thought this could ever happen, but I think Morrissey will stick to his guns and it'll never come to pass. Others I'd pay to see, if enough original members were involved: The J. Geils BandBuffalo SpringfieldMoby GrapeThe (English) Beat (would have to include Steele/Cox)Whiskeytown

John Smith
I think the reunion that should happen is...none. To me they usually seem to have the appearance of a cash grab or the bands become a caracature of their former selves. They hit the road playing the old stuff and invariably the new stuff they supply us with just dosn't usually cut it. Of course that does not always apply as the Dino Jr reunion album was pretty good. But too often the bands broke up because they were done at the time and needed to move on.

remphish1
Well the Louris/Olsen tour is going on! Thats not too shabby! Jayhawks are playing a one off soon in Spain! I am still holding out for Soundgarden too!
cryptique
Stiff Little Fingers. Yes, I know they're still technically together, but I'd like to see the Burns-Cluney-McMordie-Falloon lineup (or I'd settle for Reilly instead of Falloon).

cryptique
I'd like to see Swag put out another album and do a tour. Catchall is a pretty great record.
Basil II
Uncle Tupelo The Long Ryders The Raspberries some one else mentioned Moby Grape.... And my caveat is that new tunes should be part of a "reunion"....not just retreaded oldies.. -Robert
bigshoulders
As much as I'd love to see Whiskeytown reunite, I'm almost certain it would never, ever live up to the hype. Some things are better left the way they are. Kevin
Sweet Papa Crimbo
The ATTRACTIONS Especially after Bruce Thomas attended the RNRHOF induction and Elvis was so complimentary and concilliatory. But I think Davey Faragher is not going to be out of a job anytime soon.

John Smith
The Buzzcocks were pretty shit-hot too when they got back together. Their Shows? Thier new music? They could be exceptiosn too. Generally reunions, to me at least, are as embarassing as my typing.
