Gobias Industries
edit: never mind. I thought this was a "Now Smelling" thread.
gogo
Last year, about a week before Christmas, my mom and dad and nieces and nephew came downtown to meet us for lunch and shopping (we do this every year). That day, a small building directly across the street from the big shiny new building I work in caught fire, and burned to the ground. That small building was an Irish social hall for many years; my parents, grandparents, and even my great-grandmother had all attended dances there. It was raining off and on that day, so as we walked around shopping and looking at all the holiday decorations, it was wet and sad and everything smelled like smoke, and it reminded me very much of what Ireland smells like (some parts of it, anyway). Maybe hard to believe that that's a good smell, but it is, I promise.
