Sorry to hear that SC. Well, if it makes you feel better, even though I don't know what happened I'll join you in your boycott. I wasn't really planning on buying it anyway, but at least now I have a much cooler sounding reason!

My parents always used to register with whichever party wasn't in the White House. That way they could vote in a primary that had some sort of meaning. Of course, that wouldn't really work this year, but my point is, if your state doesn't allow you to vote in the other party's primary - switch parties. There really isn't a way to keep people from doing it.

Honestly, it was. But even an awesome performance of that song isn't really the best intro to the non-Wilco fan that they could have come up with. That and I found the lack of a Nudie suit during that song to be distracting.

It's all those people who tuned in to see Wilco on SNL and got to see the surprise HRC visit. It's all Jeff's fault!

Even if Obama loses both by a hair it still seems like a victory for him in a sense. She had double-digit leads in both places... and the first digit wasn't a one!

I didn't think they were bad at all, I'm just disappointed by the "safe" (as someone else put it) song choices. Actually, Walken was fine, it's Hate It Here I was iffy on. If you're going to stick to new stuff, why not You Are My Face or Impossible Germany? At least they didn't play Stink It Up or Suck It Out or whatever that one crappy-ass song is. And the suit ruled!!!

I saw two things today that really took me back. 1) Article in today's LA Times about how many women are getting fed up with the number of females who are deserting over to the Obama camp. They really want to see a woman in the White House and want to see it in their lifetime, so therefore they feel that all ladies should be obligated to vote for Hillary. 2) Commentator on CNN today talking about the demographics of various portions of Texas and hypothesizing on how they might end up voting. A buddy of mine asked if I wanted to go to the Nuart in West LA with him and his wife to see some movie about some band I'd never heard before. (Heard of, but had never actually heard them.)
