it will go gold before its release, preorders on amazon and itunes will fix tweedy's pool up pretty damn good.

I once read a cliffsnotes that was a word for word copy of the notes my english teacher gave just a few days earlier. edit: oh yeah, and the bush administration hates America.

i think you just ruined how harry dies in the last book.
-
i think that's pretty funny. i also think an obvious solution here is for Rowling to write in a nude scene for harry in the last book that the movie can't leave out. i mean, they almost had it in goblet of fire, that was a creepy scene.

i like a few of their songs, but this gives me more reason to not like this band.

It's a style of music Jeff Tweedy invented with his song "Spiders (kidsmoke)" as heard on "A ghost is born".

bland, yes, but i appreciate that it's easily ignorable when listening to (someone else's) radio. they aren't exciting, but at least they aren't painful. -

This isn't news that I'd usually go out of my way to post, but I got a kick out of some cheap shots Pitchfork made at MM Link Is it just me, or is this a little beyond their usual smartass routine? this seems mean, even. Like, why would somebody make the point of saying a song title *isn't* smart? Do they especially think Brock *isn't* good at naming his songs? And the "collection of songs" in lieu of the word "album" seems a bit judgemental. I reckon a sub 6.0 rating is coming Modest Mouse's way.
