I hope to be.... always have wanted to visit Red Rocks and I think my time has finally come. Hopefully I can grab some tickets in the pre-sale, this is my first time using this new ticketing system. Also tried to look for info about GA or reserved seating and couldnt find anything.

I think this is really cool for them to do... if anyone goes from here please take pictures! This band will never get too big in their own minds to play any venue. If they pulled off a little acoustic performance it would even be sweeter, hopefully this gets recorded somehow.

Soundboard setlist below... only skipped over Airline, and concerning the new material, I just don't think they are ready to let the cat out of the bag yet.... or perhaps they just wanted to get back to playing some of their staples after being bombarded in the studio with all the new material. Either way both phenomenal shows. Highlight of the few days was coming out of lunch with my gf at Mader's yesterday. I notice a huge 10 foot camel in the alley, thinking they are filming a commercial or something, and look down to see my favorite band is taking pictures in the alley with this monstro

Has anyone still have an pre-order out there for these releases that does not show a TBD release date with them now? Me thinks theyve had some delays in trying to re-press them all before Record Store Day. MMJ has had the same problems with ATO re-releasing all of their early albums in 2008. Each of those were limited to 1000, and I don't think any of them saw their original release date.

Cool, I'd imagine some would... but most do not. The United Center here in Chicago could not even though they are not on a college campus, nor have any restrictions for selling beer during NCAA sanctioned events. I think it has something to do with wheter the campus hosting is dry or not, regardless of where the event is actually being held.

They probably won't sell booze inside the arena (NCAA rules) so plan accordingly. Ohh, and Rock Chalk Jayhawk

Also thought the sound was fabulous, the picture was somewhat grainy....but I'll hold off reservations until I can see on a smaller screen. I thought it was extremely interesting that the band really had no input on this film whatsoever, and only asked for one segment of some drunk fans in NOLA be taken out (didn't want the fanbase to be associated with just drunken college kids) I emailed Brendan and Christoph with some other questions, I didnt want to prolong the rough Q&A with the drunken kids that were complaining a dance party didn't break out during the movie. Anybody here attend this splendid show? I came out not only more than satisfied, but felt the performance was beyond my expectations. Dan played all the tracks out 'Keep It Hid' as well as a few covers... forgive me for not knowing the whole rest of his make-shift touring band, but Patrick O'Hallanan from MMJ was spot on for the entire show and really made the transition of the songs just that much more remarkable. Most of the tunes from the album are really sped up in a live setting, there were very few mellow moments with this night of rock. It's pains me to say, but it was tough not to

I've heard a lot good things about the Lakefront tour, gonna have to look into that in April. Of course no trip to Milwaukee would be complete without a trip to the Safe House either.

Wilco could just be laying low with these announcements simply because it's coming from Warner Bros. If there is only 1,000 available it wouldn't make much sense to do a mass pre-order. Not saying that's the case, but MMJ was very quiet about their re-releases as well.
