Walkin' the breezeways again Lookin' for something my friend I've grown tired of living Nixon's mess Walkin' the breezeways again I know there'll come a day When you say that you don't know me I know there'll come a time When there's nothing anybody owes me anymore Locked in the attic again Out of the shallow and into the deep end I've got a wound I know will never mend Locked in the attic again

I had that app for awhile on my iphone, but I ended up always just using my mobile Safari browser which had the exact same features as the app did and made it easier for me to toggle into regular view. I would save the money and just go to VC on your preferred iphone web browser.

Yes. But whatever happened seems to have fixed itself, because I have Jay back now. And now it re-set... not sure why it's doing it.

Over the weekend, Solace is going to try to upgrade the server, which may lead to the forum being down Saturday evening and into Sunday. We appreciate your patience and should be back up and running completely by Monday. Thanks, --Mike

Yes. I've been working through them both also. Neil's is more like reading journal entries or talking to him than an actual book, but that's still fascinating to me. I would love to have tried to get a second draft out of Neil and focused that book a little more. Though I think Neil would probably run me over with his Lincvolt if I suggested that.

Presidential Race (Respector Edition)

I feel like this thread does a pretty good job of moderating itself. Though a cupcake asshole like myself would prefer personal attacks to be kept to a minimum, I understand these are very passionate topics. I don't want to limit anyone's ability to defend themselves. Just don't get nasty. Don't carry stuff from this thread into other threads. And please no more dead children pictures. --Mike -
Love this book. I'm currently reading Pete's memoir. It's very well written, I have had some trouble getting back into it, now that he's up to the eighties, I'm feeling a little less interested than say I was through the Who Sell Out/Tommy/Lifehouse parts. --Mike

Yes, there's a pull down menu on the top of every page you see here. Right beside your inbox and notification icons you'll see your user name click on your user name and you should get like six or seven links the bottom right hand side is "Manage Ignore Prefs." --Mike -

Yeah, Spark that photo was too much. If you want to take this matter up with me through PM feel free, but I had to pull it. --Mike -
My feelings exactly.

II will have to listen to Goat's Head Soup again, I haven't heard that record all the way through in a long time.

Presidential Race (Respector Edition)
mpolak21 replied to lost highway's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
My results were: 92% Jill Stein 84% Barack Obama 73% Rocky Anderson and ... 6% Mitt Romney. I was sort of hoping for a goose egg. -
I go back and forth between Beggars and Let it Bleed (though Between the Buttons and Their Satanic Majesties Request are the ones I listen to the most). Everything through Exile is golden. But I must confess I have never had much interest in listening to their post-72 stuff with the exception of Some Girls and a few tracks here and there. --Mike

Paris, Texas is my favorite movie ever, and his plays never seem to stay on my shelf as I often seem to be flipping through one or another to try to find a line or two I remember. Will certainly have to check this one out. --Mike

Yeah, I love that set. I really enjoy the 65-68 era Stones when they were trying a bit of everything.

Well of all the bands I expected to stay broken up and not cash in on a reunion, The Smiths would have been at the top of the list, but as evidenced my facebook feed's recent explosion this may be a thing: http://www.holymoly....astonbury64478.

Great songs with annoying, intrusive sound effects.

Yeah, the squeaking section of Echoes can be a bit of a mood killer too. And I'm with Todd on The Boxer. --Mike
