the way I would do it is I would start by thinking about what I think about the album in question and then I would assume that the other person should think about the album like I think about the album and then I would conclude that the person doesn't really think what they claim to think about the album.

the problem with the argument of leaving it up to the states is the way our supreme court has already worn out the interstate commerce clause past recognition. If people can jump over the border into a neighboring state that has lax gun laws and bring guns back to their home state, the federal government can use that as its justification for a federal statute.

I would just add that if you have a friend who knows guitars I would highly recommend combing through some higher-end pawn shops if you have them nearby. I have played some bizarro, off-brand acoustics in pawn shops that just really "fit" and I've played some $10,000 guitars that sounded like dogshit. acoustic (in my opinion) is really a lot about subjective, individual feel. since you don't play yet, I realize buying a guitar on feel is a ridiculous recommendation, but if you take someone to the shops with you who can spot a dud, you may
