See, the thing is that it is becoming visceral for me. It wasn't four months ago. I think that she feels like she was annointed to become president, and that she can run roughshod over someone who found a strong voice and won the backing from many many dems (not to mention independents or disaffected republicans). Also, Bill is really beginning to annoy me, and I was always a big fan of his. That saddens me, tbh.

I loved the Daily Show last night -- not only was Obama on it, but when Stewart asked him if he could imagine a scene where, after beating McCain in the GE, he was standing on the Capitol steps being sworn in, Hillary would be there still campaigning. I was all like this --> That said, I predict Hillary will win tonight by 5-7% but the delegate count will be closer -- with possibly Obama walking away the winner overall. The popular vote differential will not change appreciably. I am hoping that Hillary will come to her senses and suspend campaigning by Friday, but I doubt it. Maybe af

Last time I made an actual tape of various artists I was in 7th grade -- and it is long gone (and it was probably recorded off the radio). I have always been a fan of the LP, and played each side from start to finish.

We had a lovely celebration, and extra poignant since it was not only the first passover without Scott's father, but also Scott's father's birthday. In some ways I hope it made it easier for Scott's mother, who is still just aching.

It looks like I will be traveling to Orlando from time to time from now on, so if they can schedule a show there when I am there on business, it would be rad. I'll email my schedule to their touring manager.

Clearly (to me), his meaning is that when the problems are soooo huge that they become seemingly insurmountable, and the elected officials that are supposed to watch out for you seem to abandon you instead, that these *bitter* people then turn to things that they then think they can defend successfully.

I just played all of Summerteeth (high quality MP3) on my ipod with my Shure noise isolating ear buds and I was fucking knocked out by the sheer beauty and tension in that record. Listening to it on my stereo just doesn't do it justice.

I'm sure Boutros Boutros Galli is a fan.
