I know he sold a lot of his gear and moved to Japan, but does anyone know what he's up to over there? Apparently he spoke and played at something called, "JAZZ TODAY in Komaba 2006" at The University Of Tokyo.... here's a picture from that:

I remember either reading or hearing an interview with Jeff where he said that "Cherry Ghost" was his favorite lyric to sing night after night because it was so beautiful and it's meaning was so mysterious.

I enjoyed it. It really shed light --for me at least-- on Jeff's early years. It's an important part of what I call the trio: "Learning to Die" "I Am Trying To Break Your Heart" "The Wilco Book"

Well some of the lyrics from "Wanted" are in "Adult Head" so thats pre-clean-Jeff, but it's still a killer tune!!!

Who knows any thing about this guitar. Is it Jeffs? If it is he probably got it as a present from Sue.

I don't understand how people can hate this song, especially if you've learned to play it. It's so much fun!

I think REM and Jeff should be above U2. It's preety amazing that he's on that list though.
