I am at work and didnt read the article closely, but: How do they know if you're homeless? Are you forced to go? I'm imagining a scenario, where I'm on vacation, drink too much, and pass out on the beach. Do I have to show my hotel key card to not get shipped off to Idaho?

What cryptique said. There's a FLAC codec for WMP also. That's what I use. For my mp3 player I use FLAC frontend and a program called Free MP3/WMA/OGG Converter 4.0.1. Takes just a couple minutes to do a whole album.
