Yes, bureaucracy is a problem but not a reason against universal healthcare. There are a lot of people without healthcare and a lot of people with it get denied when they most need it. With healthcare I've had to wait 6 hours in an emergency and wait 2 months to get a doctor's appointment before. Bureaucracy is not unique to universal healthcare. There are solutions. People should have access to health care, period.

I read in the paper that the impregnator kid "Levi" is being shipped to the RNC. I feel for this kid. On his myspace page, he stated he didn't want kids. That book is a masterpiece. His command of language and storytelling is absolutely astounding. I can't say enough about this book. Tha narration changes point-of-view, decades, gender, countries and it doesn't even feel like fiction. Best book I've read this year.
