  1. Seriously? I felt like those are two of the best tracks on it.
  2. The Zvex pedal looks really cool...it's pretty expensive though. There's apparently a lot more to loop stations than I originally considered...I'm definitely going to give this more thought. I just remembered about the Fulltone OCD, it seems to be a great fit...to me.
  3. I've been thinking about getting a loop station with my hard-earned work money in college, which I think will come in handy especially in live settings with either just myself or a small group. It seems like Boss is a logical solution, but does anyone else have any ideas as to working loop stations? Also, I'm kinda considering getting a distortion/overdrive pedal...I'm especially interested in Harrison tones*. Any ideas? I've had to live with using my amp's overdrive (which reminds me, I need to replace my Pro Jr.'s tube...) and while it's worked, the sound doesn't feel dynamic to me, it
  4. I've gone through the first disc and I can say that the only one I didn't like was the Sonic Youth one.
  5. I'm not communist or anything, but it's actually safer (not really better...just safer) to be in Cuba than it is to be here in the U.S.
  6. I would damn well want them to make that harrowing trip, but I doubt they will.
  7. For songs, I think it's most obvious on PKB - the second verse where everything but the clunking sounds and Tweedy's vocals drops out - those clunky sounds are tiles tuned to different pitches. I think they had 88 different tiles, if my memory serves me. I would suspect all the different guitar tones would find their starts modified by a Klon Centaur...I'm certain Nels uses one, though he wasn't even there...
  8. 1. Thanks for the PMz. 2. I'm really impressed with Marcus Carl Franklin's Dylan rendition.
  9. Ironically around the time you lost both people (3rd game? 4th game?) you started beating people by considerable amounts of points...
  10. Well, if you guys both missed separate parts of the webcast and both recorded at the same quality, it seems prudent to combine them both to get the entire experience...even though it is just a few seconds.
  11. Wow, incredibly quick. I missed it due to a Philosophy paper. Thanks to all to grabbed this!
  12. "Why did that chum just take out the other one? That's bloody uncivil!"
  13. I'm moreover interested in how the Brits took to American football than anything else this week.
  14. This just showcases the rising popularity of not only Wilco but Glenn Kotche Kronos Quartet is probably one of the most well known quartets, their lineup has changed tons of time but it's always been a spectacular quartet.
  15. The OSU-PSU game depended on Morelli more than everthing else. PSU wins when he is confident. They ultimately lose when he loses it. I was, quite frankly, scared until Morelli stopped "showing up" mentally and just started making tons of errors. I was happy with Florida-Georgia, and moreover indifferent for South Carolina-Tennessee. You guys virtually had a bye week. It was damn Minnesota. They lost to North Dakota State, of all people.
  16. Certainly an interesting week in football just passed. LSU just needs to lose now...could happen. But probably not.
  17. happy birthday dudeski, hope it's a great oneeee
  18. This is what I do...it seems right to me, at least.
  19. keep the v v v vibes movinnnnn hope everything progresses according to plan
