  1. I won't, as long as you don't blame the Yankee's loss on the bugs.
  2. That's the most Indian-slighting article I've ever read. The fucking midges messed with everyone. Deal with it. It's how a team deals with adversity that makes it good or bad. The Indians dealt with it. The Yankees didn't, and it's their damn fault for that and they deserve to lose for it.

    Weird

    Oedipus Rex is the shit.
  4. I never thought I'd find a 67-year old who enjoys Jethro Tull. Kudos to having one of the most badass moms ever.
  5. This year has been absolutely insane for any band to go through.
  6. Man the Yankees are total tools for blaming their loss on the f*cking bugs. Everyone had to deal with it, so stop f*cking complaining.
  7. He is the greatest man ever. If I could ever meet anyone ever from any time in any place and in any universe, it would be him. What a blessed man.
  8. I would die 10000 deaths if one of them has not heard it. To be honest, it does sound similar in a way, but man, I would be damned proud if someone told me my songs sounded remotely like George Harrison's...
  9. It would be pretty awesome but I doubt it'll ever happen. I mean, look at the Beatles.
  10. Damnit, I have to root for Florida this weekend.
  11. PM please please? Well, it wouldn't be a bad thing to have a Jeff solo record, but honestly the way the new lineup can play virtually any song thrown at them and make it better (we can make it better!) in pretty much every conceivable way, makes a solo project rather...unnecessary to me. Sure, you could say you can pull a bunch of other people into something, but seriously, to not use Nels and Glenn and everyone else in the band is a damn waste of pure firepower and talent - there is something that disappears on solo records, the sense of cohesiveness that a band has when they record as a
  12. I still like post-Ghost Kingpin better, but that was pretty sweet.
  13. Greatest. Pick. Ever. mine (no order): YHF the Creek Drank the Cradle A Hard Day's Night Bridge Over Troubled Water Pet Sounds On The Beach Live at Leeds Love and Theft (mostly because of Po' Boy, probably my favorite Dylan track ever) Nebraska London Calling Late Registration Shostakovich's 8th Quartet I resisted the urge to put half the Beatles catalog on that list, but if it went longer then you would see pretty much the rest of them on there...
  14. Yeah, I have, give me a week at most to put this up, college wants to bite me in the ass real bad right now, but when I get the time (probably Fri? Sat? Sun?) I will get this up and running. I can't guarantee the perpetual accuracy without a guitar in my dorm, but I will perhaps try to borrow someone else's. It is slack G, and the verses are just G to C and etc.
  15. This is like a dream bill to me. I meant to see Wilco two years ago, and Bird less than a year ago, so this is like major cool to get two freakin' huge birds of awesome with one stone.
  16. vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvibes. "Death is but the next great adventure..."
  17. Get brass saddles. They're great if you want the Tele tone. Look up the Highway Texas Telecaster, see what mods it has, and go from there. I've heard the Highway Texas Teles pretty much even eclipse their American Telecaster brothers...
  18. I've heard that it is extremely worth it.
  19. This week was (almost) the best week ever.
