Well now that they are coming to an end possibly, where should I start with them? I've been hearing about them for years but never gave them a listen. I know they're on Drag City with Will Oldham, so I'm sure I'll dig it.

I thought it was from the time travel. Remember what happened to the rats Daniel was experimenting with at Oxford? They couldn't remember how to get through the trail to get the cheese after all the time travel and then they eventually died.

So I gave up a life of crime I gave it to a friend of mine Something else was on my mind The only ghost I'm haunted by I hear her howling down below Idaho, Idaho Wolves oh wolves oh can't you see? Ain't no wolf can sing like me And if it could then I suppose He belongs in Idaho Packs of dogs and cigarettes For those who ain't done packing yet My clothes are packed and I want to go Idaho, Idaho Out at sea for seven years I got your letter in Tangier Thought that I'd -

Wow, great review. Makes me want to go right out and see them live...if only that was an option. Glad you had a blast! -
Listened to this the other day while cleaning up around the house. I think it's great. Very smart.

Man, I am listening to this right now for the first time (Re:Stacks specifically) and absolutely get it. Gorgeous stuff.

I'm with you on this one. When I hear Spiral Staircase my feet start tappin' and I feel ready to go...I don't get that with the last two albums. Although I do like track 7 on their newest. And what's with the haircuts?? I loved their long hair scruffy look.

Great stuff guys. We should all get together and do a traveling Wilco inspired art show I love how it was constructed on end pages of old books, brilliant. Isadorah - love Rainfall on Monmartre...beautiful.

I have no doubt that you are resting in peace...all too soon.

Hiya, I am working on a series of paintings that are completely inspired by Wilco. Just wondering if anyone else has any Wilco inspired art they'd like to share. I'll be sure to post some pics when I'm done. My goal is to complete a painting for each album. Here is a sketch I did a few years back. The idea came from a bunch of different songs I was listening to at the time. I took certain lines from each song and started drawing. The Wilco stuff is similar. TBR&R

Thanks for the advise folks. I'm definitely going to keep at it. I just want to be able to play songs I like, for me.

So, I traded in my dusty keyboard last year for an acoustic guitar. I was taking lessons for a bit, but they didn't really seem to help. Can anyone suggest some cool songs to help me with my chord changes? I've been working on a few Bonnie Prince Billy songs but I thought I'd put it out there for some input to see what else I could practice with. Tx, TBR&R

I prefer ketchup to mustard.

Where I was sitting I'd say the average was around 35. But that may be because I had gold bowl seats and the younger kids might not be able to afford them.

A few from Neil's set. You can see the painter mid stage next to Peggy. Neil destroys his strings...

The show was great, but oh man, what a tease! 50 mins was just NOT enough. Neil did make up for it though. Here are a few pics for those who couldn't make it. Enjoy The crowd for our boys Assload of gear All of 'em...as usual Glen is hidden behind his drums Stickin' it
