  1. I don't know of any way to prove that one. And that interview ending is what a girl would write in her friend's yearbook.
  2. According to Bennett, he wrote some of the lyrics. Not just to that song either. Of course, who actually knows what is going on up in Jay's noggin. (Please, don't post the list again. Not the list).
  3. That's just crazy and sad. Sports radio is going crazy around Detroit with talk of Cutler.
  4. There's a big part of me that still feels like everything is going to work out just fine. It seems as though when misery strikes everyone jumps off the cliff. "Oh Lord we're all going to work for Uncle Sam and he's going to take everything!" Or the opposite "Get up all the canned goods and bullets we're heading for the hills." In the end today doesn't feel all that different then this time last year. Except I got laid off. But even that doesn't seem like a disaster. It seems like the proper business decision. As much as its bad, the country is in better shape, structurally than 1929.
  5. It sounds pretty good. NPR Review
  6. I thought they were pretty confident with Jackson.
  7. They meant "violins" for Favre's going away party.
  8. Yep, I thought Vikings too. I can't tell what's going on with this free agency season. Cassel, Orlofsky, Cutler, Ray Lewis, etc. Its all very strange.
  9. T.J. Houshmandzadeh to Seattle? I didn't see that one.
  10. Maybe by over-rated they meant "What Light" was over played. Which it was.
  11. Well, Magnet should have voted on whether or not Wilco should bring back Jay I guess. And that list is BS. And I love Heavy Metal Drummer. And Son Volt. And Nels Cline.
  12. This is an "unofficial list". Apparently the FDIC keeps reporting that the list is growing, but won't release it. Unofficial List of Troubled Banks There are two lists there, one in PDF.
  13. I loved "Man of 1000 Faces". I kinda wish I still had that record...I'm calling my brother. He's probably stoned, listening to it right now.
  14. Limbaugh fires back at Steele Limbaugh criticized RNC Chairman Michael Steele for his recent comments. (CNN)
  15. Wow, according to that website (thnx) it doesn't sound too good.
  16. 17. Burn After Reading was full of those same kind of "quirks".
  18. Also, doesn't it give NE some cap room?
  19. God, that's embarrassing. You see the ref, but every defenseman had his bloody hands up. Orlofsky just stopped, looking around like someone just farted.
  20. I am constantly terrified of the crap my daughter could watch, but this show is pretty great. I like that they're polite and well behaved little trouble makers.
  21. I admit, I was just sick of Kitna. It really wasn't his fault he spent most of his time on his back. Here's a decent report on who blew it this weekend in free agency: Philadelphia Eagles Jeffrey Lurie should not feel safe walking in the streets of Philadelphia. The Eagles have taken advantage of being $40 million under the cap by: 1. Letting the heart and soul of the defense Brian Dawkins jump ship to Denver. 2. Trading Lito Sheppard. 3. Appearing to now be out of the running to sign T.J. Houshmandzadeh. If this is how you go about trying to sell Donovan McNabb that you are tryi
  22. I watched the game to watch it, but I was keeping an eye on Shaq. He was there, but it no more than anyone else. It was a great game.
