  1. "Am I buggin ya? I don't mean to bug ya!" Every kid who wants to be in a band should watch that and be asked "Can you do that"? That man is a rock star. And their new song is fantastic.
  2. From the good people at The Onion Hillary Clinton Mouthing Along To Presidential Oath JANUARY 20, 2009 | ISSUE 45•04 WASHINGTON—Network news cameras covering Barack Obama's inauguration ceremony Tuesday captured Hillary Clinton silently moving her lips along with each word of the minute-long presidential oath of office. As she stood watching several yards from Chief Justice John Roberts, the former Democratic presidential candidate could be observed placing her left hand on a leather appointment book and raising her right hand slightly from her hip. Clinton, who carefully followed the swea
  3. The office, the idea of the President is what I mean. I haven't got any complaint about judging the man, whomever that man (this being a men's club so far) may be. Although, really, (using my own logic I'll contradict myself now) he wasn't President anymore when he got on that chopper was he?
  4. Agreed. Its not a high school football game. He may have been an awful President, but he was still the President.
  5. Just finished this today. He certainly lays the blame of the break-up square on Robertson. Seems to say that Robbie was stealing almost every writing credit. Especially on "The Band". Decent read.
  6. Benjamin Button, Frost/Nixon, Dark Knight, Slumdog were all very good movies. I'd through Gran Torino in there. Haven't seen Doubt, but I'd like to.
  7. Today they say he's "neurologically intact". That doesn't sound great, but he can move.
  8. "Will it be the old cowboy's final acting role? Don't bet on it. He has already had almost as many valedictory performances as Judy Garland. And he's got longevity in the genes. His mother, Ruth, just passed away two years ago at the age of 97. In a recent interview with Gail Sheehy, Eastwood recalled one of his last exchanges with Mom: "I said, 'C'mon, Ruth, we're going to make 100!' But she said, 'No, I've been here long enough.' ... 11. For those of you with cable, they are showing this tonight on AMC. For some reason they're still calling it "Fistful of Dynamite". Its a great movie.
  12. This off season is gearing up to be as weird as the season itself was. Thankfully it happened now, otherwise the Lions would have hired him!
  13. "Ain't Superstitious". His guitar sounds like a God-damned cat!
  14. From the Land of Sky Blue Waters, From the land of pines' lofty balsams, Comes the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. Brewed where nature works her wonders, Aged for many moons, gently mellowed, Hamm's the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. From across the rippling water, Through the whisp'ring pines and birches, Comes the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. Comes a call to cool enchantment, Comes a call to cool refreshment, Hamm's the beer refreshing, Hamm's the beer refreshing. Hints of lakes and sunset breezes, Dance and sparkle in each glassful, Hamm's the beer

  17. I met him once. He was an incredible man.
  18. The press conference is wrapping up. Everyone is alright! (They think). New Yorkers are amazing. It reminded me of that plane that went in the Potomac when I was a kid. Much better results this time.
