what i do is play the tracks, and have recording software running at the same time. it uses a "what you hear" recording option, so everything that comes out of the speakers gets recorded to a wave file. make sure you disconnect the internet because if anyone signs into MSN or any internet notification comes up, it too will be recorded

as for SBS, the songs come up often in Wilco sets - i think solo shows are more a chance to hear the older stuff the band doesnt play anymore
