I dug a lot of Indie Jams during my drive across the country. Stuff like old Modest Mouse and Built to Spill and some Yo La Tengo... all those songs that are 6 or 7 minutes plus.

The concert was great last night. They put on such a show, it really was awesome. They were filming it so it might end up on a dvd or something in the near future. Anyway, it was a lot of fun and a good mix of their catalogue.

They're still touring together, but luckily there was a day off in their schedule so they set up their own show...thank god!

Well the record has gotten good reviews (at least the ones I've seen). Anyone seeing them in LA on Wednesday? I'm really looking forward to it.

I just got a trumpet again and I'm trying to pick it back up. I haven't played since middle school which was eight or so years ago. It's fun trying it out again.

I ran into him in the airport this summer. He was macking on his girl though so I didn't say hi.

I prefer when A-man refers to himself in the third person.

I wish J could just walk behind me (with his entire rig) and just play rifftacular riffs while I do everyday, mundane things like biking to class. PS: I think some people who have posted here have forgotten to vote.

Super jealous. I just saw them in LA at the Wiltern in September and it was great but not the best venue for it.
