I think it's now called Schoharie Valley Farms, but it used to be owned by the Westheimer family (Dr. Ruth's relatives). We had stayed up at the Acreage the night before (thinking it was somewhat closer to Poughkeepsie, boy were we off)... Patti baked brownies and cookies, and we brought 'em along. That was fun.

if i remember correctly, there was such a squeal from the audience (or a very specific portion of the audience anyways) when he mentioned the hoT roadies... such excitement at the moment of realization that the band actually read stuff that we were writing!

If you check out the Bluegrass and Tootsie's, pop into Roberts Western World for a spell too... just as raucous.

I personally would love to see Jeff or someone in the band wear a big top hat like Daniel Day Lewis did in "Gangs of New York". Then the appearance would KILL.
