I'm so glad that everyone enjoyed themselves as much as they did... and it just makes me realize how much I miss: Kate/Graham/KevinSkyFlynn/Donna/Kyle!!

Jeff Tweedy is a man, and a damn good man at that. With some bitchin' guitars at that.
-
Add the Memphis Horns doing the string parts and that would be my favorite recording of all time.
-
CSNY doing "at least that's what you said"
-
The Four Tops doing "Is That The Thanks I Get"... have them record it in late 1964 with Benny Benjamin and James Jamerson driving the beat, and it's a #1 Motown hit.

I think the same thing when I'm walking past them scittering about in Washington Square Park late at night.

Yeah! Guess I'm just like Robert Wagner in "Austin Powers"!

love it... love the original Sam & Dave version even more!

Old UT interview - Critical Mass - 1988
Twisted Acres replied to Sticky's topic in Someone Else's Song
well welcome back then! -
It's the first message board I ever visited, the only messageboard I've ever been a regular at, and there ain't none better.

You're definitely The Sarcastic Kid. I think he will help from a defensive standpoint, definitely, but I think they still need one more piece... perhaps a front-line starter to go between the blossoming Harang and Arroyo. That's not an easy division they reside in, y'know?

Knowing Drew, I'm sure he was writing that with more than an ounce of sarcasm in it.

New hats for the beisbol players
Twisted Acres replied to bjorn_skurj's topic in Tongue-Tied Lightning
You're right! They've worn them for 3-4 years now... those batting practice caps have a lower crown and a flexible fit, and I've taken a liking to said fit, more so than the game caps. The game caps can make you like you're wearing a top hat sometimes, or that your forehead looks like that of The Leader (seen here chatting with The Hulk): -

mets' new batting practice cap didn't see the game caps, but all bp caps are viewable at the mlb.com shop. I like the Cubs' one... it's nice & ugly. -
That mac & cheese was totally sweet. Thanks A.
