It just stuck with me because I thought it was an odd choice for a favorite "Wilco" song, even if their role is that of backing band and backing vocalists. But it is a good song. I really hope it's a full band treatment. I'd love to hear what the Wilco of 1997-1998 would've done with that song.

Usually through a stereo, either in my car or in my living room. But seriously... If it's in the former, it's full albums, straight through. In the latter, there are two ways. If it's on the turntable, it's full albums, straight through. If it's on the iPod/iPad, it's usually a shuffle of albums and official live releases. I go through phases with the live recordings, that is, the soundboard/audience recordings. That's just it -- the Owl & Bear archive's purpose is primarily live recordings and unreleased (non-commercial) material. I think they'd get in a bit of trouble if they were offering free downloads of commercially-available recordings. Here's one of the best lip-dubs I've seen recently. A friend of mine from high school/college and her husband somehow pulled off a lip-dub vid of "Home" by Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros -- on their wedding day. The production value/quality is quite good.

Clarification: I am not much of a fan of Scott McCaughey's sort-of-in-tune-whispered background vocals on "The Family Gardener" on the Sunken Treasure DVD/soundtrack. Ruins the song for me.
