wilco tickets have been shockingly cheap for a while now, so i wont be surprised if they start rising.

but they're clearly aware it's a total novelty item and theyre not making an attempt to bring back an format that died for a reason. i'd never buy one myself, but i think it's a neat idea, especially with the different covers and whatnot.

yup. TWL is good, great even, but it still doesnt quite feel like the best this lineup can do.

the real question is jeff or jay farrar? my money's on jeff, because i dont think jay looks good with the facial hair he always seems to have.

oh no doubt glenn's a good looking dude. it's real close between him and pat, i just felt i had to reward pat's even more boyish cuteness. i feel bad putting john so low. he's got a certain charm that i imagine ladies find hard to resist.

how is it stalkerish? it's not like we're following jeff and co around chicago to analyze their hair product purchases.

wilco hair ranking, 2012 edition: pat glenn mikael jeff john nels pat and glenn have great locks. they always do. definite champs right there. mikael has a good thing going with his hair lately. jeff looks good in a middle age greying way. john's is a bit too meh for my taste (though not bad either), and nels' recent hairstyle is just awful.

i dont think talking about hair really qualifies as invading privacy. weird, yeah, but not invading privacy.

i've never heard this opinion. wouldn't agree with it either. he's a talented dude though, and not just a second rate dylan kind of talented. his solo material's been solid, and bringing down the horse is full of great songs to hear on the radio.
