Forgot about Kate Hudson. How the hell I could forget that...? I talked and danced w/her once. Bought her a heineken. Held her levis jacket as we left the bar. At the time I had no idea who she was, except for a stunningly beautiful woman.

Mind you, he didn't direct that one. Or write it. Joseph Cotten is the lead. But it's a great, great flick.

The newest edition of this is really worth you having a look at then:

I still really love that record too! NP

I would expect no less. You . Lucky. Bastard. *swoon* The man appreciates comfortable attire.

OK. Right there, you win. In my book anyway. If you leave out all the music personalities, they're few and far between for me. Meeting Jesse Jackson was the most surreal experience and has left an indelible impression on me for years. Perhapse because it occured outside of the normal context in which one would expect to find him; (casually wasting time window shopping, dressed in the most garish track suit you've ever laid eyes, surrounded by giant men all packing firearms and dressed similarly as if they were about to throw down some serious dance moves/ start "popping and loc-ing". Curious about leak listening habits.
jimmyjimmy replied to Dr. Steve Brule's topic in Someone Else's Song
I gave up on waiting for proper releases. I'll download the leak, which are generally of poor quality and listen to that until I decide if I want to make the purchase. Regardless of whether I eventually purchase the album or not, I almost always purge the leaked version. -
Tks. That's all I need to hear right there. NP:

RICHMOND VA (THE NATIONAL OR TOADS PLACE) wants a Wilco show!
jimmyjimmy replied to IRememberDBoon's topic in Just A Fan
Dude, I've been considering that one too. I need to check out more of their stuff. May see you there. Will def. be at the Magnolia Elec. Co. show on the 26th. Hearing all this talk of Wilco hitting C,ville agin this fall, and the possibility of the show being @ the Paramount. Man, that would be amazing. -
I'm new to Case. The more I listen to this record the more I like it. Simple little songs with poignant, smart lyrics. Acoustic guitar+ vox arrangements. Good stuff. For fans of Stever Earl and Townes Van Zandt.

Except for this guy likes Adams, gushes over the record and uses the analogy of Parsons and Adams to positive effect? Yeah, I see that.

I am digging this, 12 chapters in. The language is slowing me down a bit. I'm having too look up many of the Yiddish terms, but this has revealed itself as a rather fun thing in it's own right.

Personally, I think Pot should come before teh Booze if we're going from mild to hard in decending order but that's just me. I voted.

Best. Stuff. Ever. (as far as store bought mayo goes)

It would come with a switch that would enable the "ADD" mode. When in the "on" position the figure would "buzz" feverishly and chain smoke. Accessories would include a cell phone w/ speed-dial settings to Amanda Petrusich / Pitchfork. The shipping box would convert to a small stage diorama of which Ryan could tumble off, or leave prematurely during an imaginary performance.

Awesomed! Our CEO just walked in as I had "CONNN-QUEST!!" cranked up. Think she was too stunned to comment. "Who is that"? "White Stripes" "Oooh".
