  1. I read somewhere a while back that he was having money problems, and yesterday, I heard that he was thinking of moving to France. Maybe he is going to go to work as a Jehovah's Witness missionary.
  2. I've noticed shows have been popping up recently. I am looking forward to hearing the acoustic shows.

  5. True - but they usually don't have a page on Amazon.com. There is no reason to buy bootlegs these days, unless someone is a bootleg collector, or a freak for fancy packaging.
  6. It may still be a bootleg. I am surprised Columbia has not put the breaks on this yet. Sometimes, things fall into a so-called "grey area".

  11. Another article: Elton John Teams With Leon Russell For 'Mature' New Album I will be surprised if this album breaks 50,000 sold. Although, I suppose if it is hyped enough, maybe it will sell like Raising Sand. I still say people don't want to hear new songs from him, they just want him to play the oldies, and thus, they are not going to buy some new album of his, regardless of who he teams up with to make an album. He also plans a covers album - no surprise there.

  14. Yes - I think there were several hundred thousand of the inserts made (the first pressing of the the album). Plus, I think they were reprinted at some point.

  21. I figure they think no one would want to buy that stuff. Or maybe there are some legal issues concerning those albums that we don't know about.
