  1. Ms. Viatroy and I were at that show. No tape exist (that I know of) - which is a shame - do you recall the banter between him and the dude in the front row?
  2. Yahoo news story about the show - featuring the video for Foolish Heart!?
  3. I doubt they will re-release any of the Douglas era recordings - at least not in the way Douglas put them together. Crash Landing 1975, Midnight Lightning 1975, Nine to The Universe 1980 (The unedited versions of "Jimi/Jimmy Jam" and "Drone Blues" were featured on the 2004 Dagger Records release Hear My Music), Radio One - BBC Sessions 1988 (this one was re-done and released by the family)
  4. This will be your second chance to buy that Cold Roses belt buckle.
  5. I think that is an old one - he has been re-posting videos as of late. The one with the puppets the other day was up at the blog before also.
  6. Man, you always get to hang with the bands.
  7. Uh huh - I have a feeling the Hendrix Estate will be putting a stop to this:
  8. They have already played some shows together. Several of the upcoming shows have been canceled.
  9. Last night, I noticed that if you watch the video all the way to the end you have an option of going to the Vimeo site - where you can watch all of the videos he has put up.
  10. I agree with that - he does speak rather fondly of them.
  11. I am sure someone has scanned them all by now - and they are probably out there to snag - but I have not found them. I will have the first volume this week.
  12. I'd like to know why they just don't reprint them - hell, they should get GD Inc, to do it. I was thinking of asking you to photocopy it.
  13. The only listing I could really find for it was some old posts where people were selling them for 400-500 bucks.
  14. I have never heard of them playing an acoustic set - should be interesting. I believe they are trying to re-connect with their blues roots these days. I was never that much into them - but, Billy is a hell of a guitar player.
