I usually read most all of the time travel books that are out there - so that is why I snagged it.

He may have - I have never really read any of his books. I think I read one of them when I was a kid - but i don't recall the title.

Analogman was just curious if Mr. Rain may have been referring to one of those things. Also, troops have been called out to deal with citizens before - so it has happened. -

No - they have already done that. And - if you go by the source Mr. Froggie posted, it is a done deal now.

Some other means groups use to ban books: pages are ripped out of a book, the book is repeatedly stolen or thrown away, and the book is checked out and never returned.
