Video report from CNN -
The only time they have been released in this country besides the initial cd releases (which were terrible), was the 1993 boxset (and then individually in 1994). I have found the sound of the cds in the boxset to be not so great. It would be nice if they re-mastered them in HDCD - but I bet this is just going to the same versions as the 1993 boxset, only with fancy artwork. It is probably the same package that is available in Japan and the UK. Looks I am right:

You are right - there always seems to be some confusion about these shows - odd. Here is what we have: 1/14/2006 (not yet) 4/8/2006 2/24/2007 3/3/2007 1/12/2008 4/5/2008 4/12/2008 (no) The following information was supplied by gogo:

I was talking about the April 12, 2008 show - all the rest - except 4/8/06 - (which we have coming from Europe), is up at The Owl and The Bear.

I think I sent a copy to someone here once - not sure. I've had it for years.

A Zappa thread from last summer - if you want to look at it. I would be surprised if what you want ever happens - due to the way The Zappa Family Trust looks after things. As an album oriented person, I would not care for such a deal myself.

No - I don't think this one is going to be made available to the public.

I usually read most all of the time travel books that are out there - so that is why I snagged it.
