  1. I think I read somewhere recently that they are having some sort of legal troubles with the Atlantic Records or something like that. I actually own Purple - I break it out every once in a while and give it a spin.
  2. Just be glad that there is not some sort of spyware on the cd. See: Z (since re-released), Devils and Dust. Or that the cd will not play in your computer cd player. See: Okemah and The Melody of Riot. Something I found by way of Google - which mentions EAC - as Froggie pointed out I though this stopped a few years ago - that Radiohead release is not that old, right? Copy Control
  3. How about Desolation Row or Visions of Johanna?
  4. All the ones I have access to have been worked on and upgraded. So far, I have grabbed Osaka 71, LA 70, Earls Court 75, and NY 75. I have a giant list put together by some folks what shows are the best to get and whatnot. I could post in the last Led Zeppelin thread if there is interest.
  5. I just heard Vagabonds - didn't care for it. I am looking forward to hearing the album he and Mark made.
  6. Mark Olson - The Salvation Blues - Trailer Has anyone see this?
  7. He is on CNN right now - saying that this story is false.
  8. A ha - maybe that is the deal. Did you figure your deal? Yahoo mail is screwy sometimes.
  9. That is not the same - is it? I just looked - and it is set to "Show MY Home Page".
  10. I think I have seen that show up at dime a dozen or somewhere. I wish they put out that film - officially. What I have is pretty good - but it could be better.
  11. That was because they messed with Peter Grant's son. If you do - can I post them on the LZ board I am on? I have not heard the shows, but I have access to a couple hundred LZ shows at the moment - so I checked the list, and they were there. Ladies and Gentlemen: The Rolling Stones Speaking of that - I recently, finally got my hands on Wings Over America (Rockshow) in DVD form.
  12. I could have seen The Stones on the Steel Wheels tour - I would have liked to seen this tour: A great song about women. ha ha I have that whole film on dvd.
  13. There use to be some photos of those shows up at dead.net.
  14. It's neat to read about the recording of it - the studio guys were dumbfounded that they were cutting a song that went on for 11:23.
  15. Led Zeppelin, Alameda County Coliseum July 23, 1977, Oakland, California Disc 1 1. The Song Remains The Same 2. The Rover (intro) / Sick Again 3. Nobody's Fault But Mine 4. Over The Hills And Far Away 5. Since I've Been Loving You 6. No Quarter Disc 2 1. Ten Years Gone 2. The Battle Of Evermore 3. Going To California 4. Black Country Woman 5. Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp 6. Trampled Underfoot 7. White Summer/Black Mountain Side 8. Kashmir Disc 3 1. Guitar Solo 2. Achilles Last Stand 3. Stairway To Heaven 4. Whole Lotta Love 5. Rock And Roll 6. Black Dog Led Zeppelin, Oakland-Alame
  16. Yea, I have a hard time with anything after that. I just bought those not all that long ago - I don't think I ever really owned any as a kid. A friend mine was really into them back in high school - he really liked: Too Old to Rock 'n' Roll: Too Young to Die! (1976) Songs from the Wood (1977) Heavy Horses (1978) Stormwatch (1979)
  17. I don't know if Sad-Eyed Lady of The Lowlands was made up fast or not, but I love that song.
  18. Although - the first album is really a British rock blues deal (somewhat). After Ian took over, then things changed. The only cd that is out of Aqualung sound like total shit - I hope that gets re-released someday. I have the re-masters of the other ones, they sound good.
