I have most of this stuff figured out - but I would not know the first thing about an ipod. With upwards of 3,000 cds, I can understand the storage issue though.

The dude at the place where I buy cds told me the other day some college dude came in who was not sure how to use a cd - as he had never bought one or used a cd player.

I don't think we had that channel in the trailer park. We must have been watching Night Tracks, Video Jukebox, and/or Friday Night Videos then. Man, that was a long time ago and a good friend of mine was alive then.

What's funny is - I recall reading that when he briefly left his record label in the early 70s - one of the deals used to steal him away was the promise of " a trunk full of unrecorded Hank songs" - looks like it's finally going to happen.

I'll check it - I sort of like that reggae version of Uncle John's Band on the DP I have from 12/26/79. -
I sort of feel that way also - I think it's cool when a fan makes such a thing though. There is a site out there somewhere - that features some dude who built a replica of Neil Young's guitar.
