  2. If you were read Bob Dylan news and/or were familiar with Bob Dylan's music , you would know -
  3. Some dudes can't do BT - so some other dudes should help them out. I no longer have it or I would.

  5. I miss that place. If I was a silver spooner - I would build one of those to live in.
  6. Among my holy grail(s) is to get that on dvd and the short lived John Lydon Show that was on Vh1. Those two stoner dudes were funny as hell.
  7. Maybe I should say poorly transferred A->D will never sound right. I have been listening to cds since the mid 90s - and I still notice something missing. HDCD makes me somewhat happy though. For instance, I am listening to Then Play On (last Peter Green Fleetwood Mac album) on cd - and it sound like total crap.
  8. Analog will always sound better than digital.
  9. The only sitcoms I have followed in recent years have been Seinfeld, My Name Is Earl, and The Office. I do have a thing for a sitcom that only lasted one season - Boston Common.
  10. I think there has been hints - when The Others attacked them on the yacht for instance. At least this show is thought provoking - instead of another How I Met Your Mother According To Jim At Grey's Scrubs Three Dudes and A Pizza Place.
  11. You never noticed the Sub before?
  12. I like it when we don't get answers.
  13. "Led Zeppelin IV," by Erik Davis (2005) Rather than recycle tales that have been told umpteen times, Erik Davis sheds fascinating light on one of rock's superlative albums by probing the symbols, images, roots and legends that surround it. In addition to the band members, Aleister Crowley and J.R.R. Tolkien hover as primary figures. Ultimately, Davis lets readers form their own conclusions based on the evidence. This must be the one I saw.
  14. I was wondering what the deal was - I have heard about these books - but never really sought them out. After years and years of reading rock books and magazines, I suppose I probably know most of this sort of thing. I was looking at a LZ IV book like this - which I was going to buy - but it was 25 bucks or some such thing. I may ILL some of these at some point.
  15. The library here has the one about Big Pink - I started to read it - but it seemed like some dude's made-up story about doing drugs with The Band. I did not bother with it after I got that far.
  16. I have some scars on my nose from taking a tumble down a cinder pile that we were playing on in the 3rd grade.
  17. I hope this does not make you feel worse -
  18. A good way to find such things is to join a bunch of illegal BT sites and then utilize the search function.
