Inspired by my own comment in the Grateful Dead thread, what was your first concert? Mine was the Jerry Garcia Band in Boston 40 years ago tonight. If nothing else, I heard Tangled Up in Blue for the first time and bought Blood on the Tracks the next day.

I do like the new one Quickies. (And yes, it's 28 songs over 46 minutes with the shortest being 17 seconds and the longest being 2:35.) I'm mixed on the 50 Song Memoir. I think it has some of their best stuff ever but it also has some filler.

I'm about halfway through the Larson book so I'll check back. I'd love to hear what you think. My dad is a big Churchill guy and thought it was well done.

I tend to alternate between fiction and non-fiction, as well as between books that make me focus on today's social storm and those that are a break from it. That said, here's what I am currently reading:
