Last night: Cat Power Sings Dylan: The 1966 Royal Albert Hall Concert. Really enjoyed it - partly because about halfway through a friend of a friend (who had some connection to the venue) found me a brought me to a seat in the very front row, right in front of Chan.

Saw the Zone of Interest yesterday and I am still sorting it out.

She did not get to meet them though she was near them. She was also an extra in Little Women a few years ago and met most of the stars on that one.

My daughter was an extra in the movie. Her shoulder is prominently featured in one scene. But I agree - really enjoyable movie.

Ha! They're working on a 52-song, four album project called Deck. Might require a national tour.

Hallelujah the Hills

To me the first Big Audio Dynamite is one of those albums that brings me back to a very specific time and place. I was 20, taking time off from college, living in my first apartment. I had a cassette (which dates myself) with this album on one side and REM's Reckoning on the other, and I spent a lot of time walking around with my Walkman, trying to figure things out. Just listened and I still like it. The Bottom Line, E=MC2, Medicine Show - so good!
