Damn, you're pretty tore up about this album, huh? The first and tenth tracks are by far my favorites. I will still need time with the rest of the album but my gut reaction is that it blows and is no where near what their first one was. I loved their first one to death. It was just one of those albums that struck a chord with me immediately. This one, not so much.

I Finally got my email from insound. I am downloading it now. I gave it a spin on myspace last night. I don't think it's near as good as their last one. Way too murky in areas. I keep trying to do the "if they just cleaned this or that song up, it would be a better" record routine. I will give it time though.

I really liked the first one but the second one was too "light" rock for me (read as pussy rock).

Yeah, still no email yet. I guess I'll have to go the myspace route even though I would rather have the ipod option...

My email from insound hasn't come. I was supposed to get an email today about how I could download it if I preordered. I am now sad...

Tonight's episodes were much, much better! Damn this season could be hot. I wonder how Graham is going to fit into all of this next week?

or on Theologians. I was noticing on the dvd the other day he was hitting pretty high notes. I like the fact that Jay is doing something different. Way to go, Jay. Cookie for you.

The new songs is pretty good. I am digging it a lot.

I hate Peyton Manning, so I hope they lose this week. He's such a tool.

Ah, damn grad. class reading...I just got Vonnegut's Breakfast of Champions but must read this for class first...ugh. It's alright though but not something I would have sought out for myself.

Don't forget this one either. It's my favorite (even better than fun trick noisemaker). Strawberry fire is freaking great. Make sure it's the import one though, it has more tracks.

The first two episodes were alright. I know tomorrow's episodes are going to be a lot better, especially episode 4.

Still is a great album today. The production didn't stand the test of time but the songs are still solid. Also, Nevermind is one of my favorite Replacements songs ever.

Oh yeah, we're about 18 hours away...I can't wait! I'm disappointed because I'm gonna have to tape it and watch it later!

The vinyl edition is already out of this. I was tempted to pick it up because of the bonus tracks and such but didn't. I'll wait for the cd.

Such a great, great album...even Poledo!

I am super-excited about this show. Never seen Hitchcock nor am I familiar with much of his music.

what magazines, newspapers do you subscribe to?

Blender and Playboy. That's it. -
I agree. I was a fan before I saw them and worshipped them after seeing them live. It was really one of the best shows I've witnessed. Very powerful stuff.

They never really said last night. They just said that since he was the back-up at the beginning of the season, he just kept the job. Not much of an explination if you ask me. What a shitty way to lose, huh? Was a good game though. I actually feel bad for the Cowboys. I used to hate then with a passion because my ex was obsessed with Troy Aikman.
