  1. I dig it - I hear some early XTC in there too.
  2. I can't wait to wish you happy birthday in this thread!
  3. Yeah - I do really well for months at a time, then I get sick or overworked and the next thing I know it's been months since I last hit the gym. Went today for the first time since February. Vicious cycle!
  4. - first (and last) visit to Shea Stadium (please be Pedro) - camping - finishing my book - two weeks off in August (as yet unplanned) - July: looking back on the three previous months and thinking "I exercise at least four times a week"
  5. "If the season ended today..."
  6. The Dali dream sequence was pretty cool.
  7. I walked by John Henry (Red Sox principal owner) last night on my to the North End with my wife. While there's something to be said for leaving people alone, which I usually do when I recognize familiar faces, I sorta wish I butted in and said "Thanks Mr. Henry!" or something. He was looking at his phone and saying to his two companions "Maybe I should've signed it, from The Boss!" Texting Hank S?
  8. Yesterday was movie day: Mad Hot Ballroom was the most entertaining of the three - at least for yesterday's mood.
  9. He wasn't the best thing about Touch of Evil but he was certainly in it. RIP Phil Hartman also did a hell of a Heston.
  10. Rudy Sarzo was apparently in A Nightmare on Elm Street V: The Dream Child, if any one wants to go that route.
  11. Yeah - that was pretty cool to read, TA. RIP Freeze
  12. Hell yeah. I'll get to make up for not seeing the first one in a theater, and this one looks better.
  13. Hope today's all mixed nuts and rainbows, you lil so and so.
  14. I don't like Vertigo - just doesn't do it for me. (sorry)
  15. I hate the last line of that - her saying "you're fucked" deflates his whole rant, and we're on his side, so it sucks!
  16. I've never regarded the phrase "American aquarium drinker" as relating to drinking alcohol. I think it's a comment on the US's role in/impact on the world.
