Yeah - I do really well for months at a time, then I get sick or overworked and the next thing I know it's been months since I last hit the gym. Went today for the first time since February. Vicious cycle!

Yesterday was movie day: Mad Hot Ballroom was the most entertaining of the three - at least for yesterday's mood.

He wasn't the best thing about Touch of Evil but he was certainly in it. RIP Phil Hartman also did a hell of a Heston.
