i'm afraid that was all a dream, gogo. a beautiful dream. in the notes i was taking during the show i wrote: AHHHHHHH!!!!! as the band took the first break. i do believe that having a spot on the aisle to dance is the new sweet spot for me & teh wilco. i get to flail around and no one gets hurt.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS HAPPENS! tonight was a very fun show! lots of comedy and shenanigans on stage. the mike/glenn duel during the outro of IATTBYH was hysterical. looked like mike kept telling glenn that was not going to stop playing, then he would hit the keys even harder. during shake it off, jeff adopted a deep giant voice for the line, "giant beast with many souls..." shot was rocking! again! during this tune nels looked like he was kicking his guitar's ass. i'm a big FotC fan. the first time i saw the episode i was mixed on it. just watched it again the other day and really loved it. it's similar to the bbc show they did a few years ago. if hbo offers ep. 2 as a download, i'll def. pick that up. aric: fortunately, i got to miss those outback ads. not many people could rebound from that.
