No More Mr. Niceguy by Alice Cooper

Can you tell me how good the quality will be? I think it will be an 'A' recording.
-
Murray Street, Daydream Nation and Rather Ripped all do it for me.

For a minute there I imagined myself sitting between these two lads with a pint of my own.

I was kinda hoping they'd keep doing the 2 set thing 'like The Dead'. I imagine most of what was played during the residency will make it into the regular song rotation along with the most of the newer material and standards. -

Buy Vinyl and, if unavailable, buy CDs. I try to buy a physical copy of every record I REALLY like. Then I shelf it until it needs to be played or I have the urge to listen to the real deal. I have an ipod and hard drives full of music. But I still love needle on vinyl and the occasional CD spin.

I think these songs were meant to have horns.

They've turned us all into statisticians.

Agreed. I hope they structure all there shows this way from now on. They sound like they are having a lot of fun.

Luckily it's only 7:45 out here.

Me too. Streaming clean upstairs and down. Turned up to hear it in all rooms.

I bet you count your footsteps too.

Sounded like he was playing with Banyan. Nice to see Nels cuttin loose more.

I never would have thought Hotel Arizona could've EVER sounded like that!

Take a nap during the set break. Or run to the store. This is pretty damn cool.

Thanks. These sound really nice. You made my night.

AFTER WILCO LET'S OUT (Around the Riv)
El Picador replied to Stewsday's topic in Someone Else's Song
It's good to see SLR carrying on after Kirk's death. I've been a fan since the mid 90s, being a Winfield regular and bluegrass junkie, but had yet to hear anything from them since his passing. This is great news and everyone who wants a good fix of hard driving, whiskey drinking, high energy bluegrass should definitely check them out next weekend. -
I recommend getting a badge. Or at least a wristband.

Call it what you want. Still one of my faves.
