Number 4 is actually kind of smart if you think about it. It was a good way for him to save his job after doing something stupid!

Albums that changed your life - Article on CNN.com
remphish1 replied to John Smith's topic in Someone Else's Song
First REM album I bought was Out of Time. I was 11 when it came out. It really blew my mind. Funny thing now is it is probably one of my least favorite REM albums as it stands now. Anyway I have been a diehard REM fan since 1991 and haven't looked back. Other albums that had a big impact on me were Radiohead the Bends (In my opinion the best rock album of all time!) Every time I listen to it I discover new hidden sounds and layers. Listening to it on headphones is an expierence no one should miss. Bjork Post had a big impact on me as it helped me get into electronic music. This album is a -
I know the feeling. I wish I was in Chicago for these benefits too! If the benefits were in NYC I would be all over that! It is great what Jeff and Sue are doing though! Kudos!

Pablo Honey is awesome! I can't stress that enough. Sure it sounds like a different band but songs like You, I Can't and Blowout are really worth a listen. Blowout could be in my top 3 album closers of all time!

Wright Brothers (I guess thats 2 people).. If it wasn't for air travel the world would be a lot less diverse. Cultures wouldn't have intermingled as much. Think how important in every day life air travel is.

Hey y'all. I just bought a house last month and already the rates are still dropping. Now at an all time low! 5.01% average on a 30yr fixed! Good time to save some money if you can! I locked in 5.12% so I can't complain http://finance.yahoo.com/loans/article/106...ge-Hits-New-Low

That's a good description! Ryan Air doesn't go from Chinatown to Chinatown though... -
http://blog.wired.com/cars/2008/11/it-seems-kind-o.html I have flown Ryan Air 4 times before and I understand how it works! It really is no frills! If you bring a carry on, bring your own food etc you will be ok. Be prepared to fly far from the city center but if you want to save money it is worth it. I have flown Ryan Air and here is my issues with my journeys 1. Oslo (Torp)- Frankfurt (Hahn)- Both airports were over an hour and a half from the city. Bus transportation was reasonable to/from both airports. I got my lugage off the plane in like 5 minutes! Flight was early and clean. 2

Robert Smith flies on planes regularly now. Also there is nothing wrong, or scary about seeing the Cure. I saw them 2 times in 2008 and it was awesome!

Pot Kettle Black is one of my favorite Wilco songs... In Between Days is one of my favorite Cure songs! Both fine songs! I would call it a tie!
-
Well you picked two good ones so I would put those on my list For Celine I would pick My Heart Will Go On Mariah Carey Someday ...That scretch at the end gives me heartburn! Whitney Houston I'm Every Woman grates me!
-
Anything by Celine Dion, Mariah Carey or Whitney Houston should make the list! We Didn't Start the Fire has interesting lyrics as it is in Chronological order. I think its a decent song in that aspect!
