Strange night at gaz Coombes. The open band knocked a Martin guitar which went flying off stage which I saved from crashing to the floor with a drink in my hand lol! Then after the show I met Andy Rourke from the Smiths?!?

Well I picked up a ticket for the Bowie Tribute at Radio City so I will see Michael Stipe again live! It has been over 5 years for me!

Neat..I am a big list guy..I have a list of every show I have ever seen, the openers and the venue in a word file and an excel file with every band I saw and how many times. Thankfully I started this list in 1996! It is overwhelming and scary when I see how many shows and bands I have seen but I appreciate having the list at my fingertips!

Worldrecordplayer...I have only seen them two times...once in 2011 and last night..I enjoyed the show and though the new stuff sounded good live. A friend of mine who I went with who saw them in 1987 thought it was just so-so..but I still enjoyed myself

They really are a tight band! I only saw them one other time last year and that was a rock show with few Spanish songs so I appreciate the variety between the two shows. I only knew about 4 songs last night but still enjoyed myself. As for the dancing it was ok but not my thing. I assume they didn't have too much time to rehearse with the band so I guess it wasn't bad considering.
