Feast of Wire is definitely the way to go. Before that, they seemed more like a minor Giant Sand offshoot, but with it, they came onto their own. Unfortunately I was really disappointed in Garden Ruin. Part of it was the bombastic nature of All Systems Red. It's certainly good, but easy to get sick of.
