  3. Rush is certainly not my cuppa, but this is a great news item. http://www.chartattack.com/damn/2008/06/0909.cfm Geddy Lee Donates "Priceless" Baseballs To Negro League Museum* Monday June 09, 2008 @ 05:30 PM By: ChartAttack.com Staff Geddy Lee I'm sure the guys from *Rush* don't have a racist bone in their bodies, but it's hard to think of a band whose work screams out "music for white guys" more than theirs does. Mine is that these guys are along the same lines as Sloan but funnier and I really love the power-pop that they seem to be putting out. 'Doug here. You can get your music free at www.radiohead.com'
  9. us hipsters have now moved on... except I feel very very unhip for knowing nothing about Rose Tattoo. Where has this bluesier, louder, and coarser AC/DC been? Obviously not on my radar for oh, 30 years.
  10. a sentence I never thought I'd ever hear.
  11. First listen and I really like it. Seems like an American version of the Constantines. Strange spelling of 'Color' for a Mississippi band. http://www.myspace.com/colourrevolt
