pianoblood
i had an easier time getting tickets to the rolling stones at the aragon ballroom. i am happier than anyone for wilco's continually growing success, but i really miss the days of standing in front of lounge ax and just handing over a twenty dollar bill at the door to see the band. oh well, you can't go back. good for them. i'll go put on my lounge ax t-shirt for good luck and hope for the best saturday. hope i have a better shot at pearl jam at the vic tomorrow. Edie
I am usually unlucky with this, but as it turns out I will not be able to try on Saturday, so I feel very fortunate right now. Also, I found a seating chart, but for some reason I can't upload the image as an attachment

billyman
Was also unlucky with the Madison presale but did score reserved for this one. FYI - WXRT is having a presale Friday I believe, but as of this morning, they didn't have a presale password posted in their VIP section. watchtower41
Early price(s) from a scalper for this show:Â http://www.stubhub.com/wilco-tickets/?ticket_id=97772725 Â WOW. Though as shocking as this early price is, I could see there becoming an even bigger demand. 3000 pavilion tickets for 30,000+ Chicago Wilco fans dying to see Sky Blue Sky live. Demand for these tix are gonna be just as bad as Radiohead at Auditorium.

aricandover
Price:$219.00 each That's actually a pretty good price  ok, I can sorta understand people not having an issue with the $45 tickets, but $219 is "actually a good price"???? no, no it's not.
zebra
$219/ticket?!? That is not even funny; it's just evil.

zebra
I would love to hear what the band has to say about people turning around and selling their tickets for so much.
Edie
An asking price is just that -- an asking price. I could ask for $1000 each for mine, but I doubt anyone would pay it. It'll be interesting to see if this particular pair comes down or goes up in price.
