A friend who was at the show with me thought it a travesty that they were opening for Mountain Goats and not the other way around because he thought they were 10x better. Though I saw them open for Darnielle too and couldn't really form an opinion as the crowd talked through their whole set. Then amazingly were "pin-drop" quiet during the Mtn Goats set... whatever.
