hardwood floor Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Guided by Voices- Universal Truths and Cycles (they opened a summer 2002 show in Athens, GA by playing the entire album) i saw them the same tour & it was magical i had never heard any of the songs but it rocked the world christian animation freaking torch carriers & storm vibrations ... cheyenne ... what an amazing record shame pollard's last 10 or 12 record have like 2 or 3 good songs on 'em bob should get GBV together for a once a year album run through ... how great would it be to hear b000 today with tobin sprout and the old band ... Last weekend, Squeeze played all of Singles 45s and Under during their show (not a studio album, however). Aside from those, I'm not sure I've seen a whole album played live. Woman album from top to bottom in one night at Virginia Beach back in '03. it was also the first time it had ever been played in its entirety since their singer, Jim Morrison, passed away a few months after recording it.
