The physical copies don't come out until May 13th (more info on iTunes and ways for Canadians to get it in stores, and Americans to get it online later) so I figured I'd give you guys a preview! We have CD release shows here during the second week of May so you know, if anyone is venturing into north Ontario then, come out! (lol unlikely I know) But I'd really love for you guys to give it a shot and listen, I'm very proud of how it turned out and I'd love some feedback from people that I really respect their tastes in music. I hope some of you are listening out there and not getting irritated with the shameless self promotion! Anyways, I'll only have two more posts of that stuff. There is one more new song from the album up at our myspace ( http://www.myspace.com/kallemattson ), it's the title track from 'Whisper Bee'. Hope you enjoy that! The album will be released here on Wednesday but I will let you guys know very shortly other ways you can purchase if you choose to do so (iTunes, internets etc etc.). the_fliz1 Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 Thanks for the album. I downloaded it earlier today and have listened to it twice now and I really am impressed. I especially like Whisper Bee and Morning Dove (the vibrato guitar thing happening in the background about a minute/30 in was a nice touch). Also Bomb Threat Blues is a great song to end an album, sort of an old school sendoff. Just out of curiosity, will you be playing in Northern Ontario in the near future? The ending with Bomb Threat Blues was sort of a homage to Being There and ending with a sort of drunk sounding tongue in cheek rocker. Thank everyone for listening!
