I'm not sure who's going to be pissed off about your post. Much of what you said echos my own thoughts about the film, and I can't imagine that there aren't many others who feel similarly. If the film had been two hours long maybe I wouldn't feel as I do -- they'd have given us a hell of a lot of Wilco performance footage and that's a good thing in and of itself. However, it's not even 90 minutes long -- so clearly there was time to develop some of these themes more. OK, maybe they didn't get enough offstage footage to do that effectively, but sometimes the filmmaker has to lead his subjects

Agreed. I'm still not thrilled with the direction the show is going, but this one was pretty good. They need to work through this storyline so they can return to one that doesn't lean so heavily on the major players. I think I like the show better when everyone else is involved -- Toby, Oscar, Kevin, Stanley, Creed, Angela, etc. ... have most of them even appeared recently? I think Phyllis had one line last night, but I can't say I remember any of the rest of them speaking.

Oh dear god, is he Madden's replacement? I haven't read the article. I can't stand Collinsworth. I'm not sure I can even say why ... the guy has just always bugged me.

I can't say I'm a detractor, but he was never a favorite of mine. That said, he's always seemed like a good guy and he certainly knows football. I hope he enjoys his retirement.

Damn. I was hoping the Bulls could snare the sixth spot in the East, and all they needed was to win their last game OR have Philadelphia lose their last game, at Cleveland, who were trying to tie the all-time record for home wins. Nope. Bulls lost last night, and Philly beat the Cavs by one point and get the sixth spot on the tiebreaker, meaning they'll play Orlando and the Bulls play Boston. Not that I think the Bulls are going anywhere in the playoffs, but against Orlando I figured they'd at least have a shot at winning their first series.
